I can’t speak to Enso, but I’ve had several Qalo rings. My first two were size 6 and I’m a 5. They fit fine, but then stretched out. My next two were size 5 and they were tighter than I expected :/ They also never stretched out, so I don’t bother with them anymore. My gym is at home so I just go ringless.

I have an Enso ring!  My e-ring is a size 4.25 but with sizing beads it’s more like a 4.  So I don’t have the same problem with the sizing.  It fit true to size when I bought it and has stretched a little bit since I bought it (have worn it for almost a year).  But I wouldn’t say that it has stretched a whole half size.  I would suggest getting a size 5.  They have great customer service so if it doesn’t fit right they will exchange it no problem.  I actually started with the rose gold band since my e-ring is rose gold, and I actually didn’t like it.  I felt like it blended in with my skin too much.  So I went with something a little more fun with this purple infinity one 🙂

Me and fi have the arua rings. They come with always on the inside of the men’s rings and forever on the inside of the woman’s ringa.  Very comfy to wear while weightlifting. I bought my  normal size and haven’t had issues with them.

FH and I have the copper Enso rings! We both wear them on our right hands. I bought my normal size and guesstimated his. They’re really comfortable.

I have the pyramid stackable Enso that I wear when I run (my hands swell!). Ring size is 6.25, and I got a 7. No issue with stretching or falling off.

I have 2 of the stackable Ensos. I am usually around a 5.75 size and I ordered the 6. Mine fit a little snugger than I prefer but they are fine. I feel like these run fairly small so I would definitely round up in size as opposed to down. Even though they may stretch some I wouldn’t count on them stretching a whole lot. If you know you swell a fair amount during workouts it could be worth sizing up to the 6 I think. If you don’t like it Enso and Amazon offer returns.

I have the enso rose gold and I love it! It’s so comfy. I’m not married yet but wore it to the beach and gym a couple times to see how it felt and I didn’t even notice it. Also, our honeymoon is some adventure package type deal and it made me so sad to think that after our wedding we wouldn’t be able to wear our rings on our honeymoon – so we both got enso rings. I think his is the one that’s greyish black on the outside and blue on the inside. My ring size is a 6.25 and I was worried that the 6.5 would be too big but the 6 too small. I ended up getting the 6 and it fits great. They defintely have some give without feeling too tight. I never thought I would end up liking a silicone ring this much – I prefer it to my platinum wedding band!

I have the copper colored one. I originally got the rose gold, but just like with real metals, the rose color looks awful with my skin tone. But the copper looks great! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on it. I wear it when I work out and sometimes on my period when my fingers are bloated. I have the size 5 and my ring size is 5.25. It fits great and is so comfy.
