Hey there LA brides,
Does anyone else have a ton of Out of Town guests coming in for their weddings? FH & I are producing two events, one on Friday & one on Sunday, but since we’re going to be busy with the rehearsal & (immediate family + bridal party only) rehearsal dinner on Saturday, we trying to figure out what to recommend to our Out of Town guests without needing to join them, or have them get lost. I should probably mention that Sunday’s event will be at the Disneyland Resort, so we don’t want our guests to be too Disney’ed out & many are coming from Hawaii (my home state!), so beaches are nothing new or novel…any ideas?

When my mom came to town last time I took her to the Griffith Observatory and the Getty Museum. Both places are free and the views are gorgeous. You have to pay for parking at the Getty, which I think they just upped. You can park on the side of the road for the Griffith Observatory but it gets crowded so you might have to walk far up the hill.
Even though they’re beachy people, you can still go to Venice Beach since it’s all about the people watching there.
If you have groups with kids, they could also go to Knott’s or Six Flags for a non-Disney day. There’s also a little educational value in taking them to Exposition Park which has the California ScienCenter and the Natural History Museum as well as the Rose Garden and the Coliseum.
