I’m such a picky eater.  The only thing I’d eat up there is the beef, but I’d skip the squash.  🙁

I voted for the vegetable tower, bell pepper coulis and couscous – It would be the only thing I would be able to eat from all the options because I am vegan, no meat, dairy/cheese or honey. The other veggie option has goat cheese…

I would suggest a beef or chicken (I chose the beef), a fish (I chose salmon) and a veggie dish should keep everyone happy!

You are making me hungry!! I voted for the beff because I love it lol I also voted for Lamb because not alot of people do it but it is one of my favourites! For the Veggie option I choose the tart the veggie tower sounds boring to me if I were a vegetarian that is

I voted for the beef, the salmon, and the tart. I think that gives the guests a nice variety. All of the choices sounds delicious though.

the chicken and shrimp sound yummy!  I voted for those, but also thought the beef sounded good as well.

I think your best bet would be to add a basic chicken meal. The beef was the only one that “spoke” to me. Lots of people don’t life feta so I’d see if you can get a basic baked chicken or something.

I’m a vegetarian, and I strongly vote for the tart – towers of roasted veggies are just boring, IMO.

I voted for beef and halibut, although depending on your crowd, you might want to go with chicken over fish. A lot of people have issues with lamb (even though it is delicious), and I think Halibut is a friendlier fish option than Salmon due to the fishiness that Salmon can have.

That vegetarian tart sounds AMAZING- I would rather have that over a tower of veggies. Any one-off vegans that you might have coming will let you know, and I’m sure your venue can accomodate. There are so many people out there with “food issues” that most venues are VERY accomodating to special requests (gluten free/vegan/allergies etc).
