A friend used Inkspun and was happy with the results.  I think you mail your envelopes, send your guest list in a spreadsheet and get back a proof.  Once you approve it, it takes a couple days to get your envelopes back.

It’s pretty cheap — about $.60 or so for set of outer and inner envelopes.
