I didn’t even try to run my envelopes thru the printer.  A history rife with less than positive encounters with, ahem, finnicky printers led me to just use clear printer labels.  And don’t feel guilty about not handwriting it!  Life is too short and there just aren’t enough hours in the day to spend too much time handwriting envelopes!

I put my envelopes through the printer – I had the same issues.  Eventually, I ended up cutting pieces of paper the size of my envelopes and testing the printing on those.  There’s a way in Word where you can adjust the size of your envelopes, but there’s a minimum size – just use the minimum (it will correct you automatically) and move the text box around on the screen and try printing from there.  Good luck!!!

I used Word for my STD’s. They didn’t have my diminsons either but i used a slightly larger envelope and just pressed ENTER a few times till i got it right.
