I’m about to assemble my invitations and I have one envelope for the invitation and I’m including a self-addressed envelope and rsvp card inside. Do I need inner envelopes with the names of everyone invited? Could I just include all the names on the outside even though some of the families have 8 people? If I do go with inner envelopes, do I put everything inside of that one? Let me know if any of you didn’t use inner envelopes please!! Thanks Bees!

I’m not planning on using inner envelopes, I just feel like it’s a waste of paper. We are using pocketfold imvites though, so everything stays neat and together without the use of an inner envelope.
I think you can just address the outside envelope to your guests, and if it’s 8 people, just use “The Thompson Family”, I think they can figure it out.
If you do use inner envelopes, yes, everything goes inside it. The idea is to make it easy for your guests to keep and carry your invite, directions, etc. the day of the wedding.
The outer envelope is just thrown away.
