@CatyLady: Yup it’s La Soie.  And like SDBornWed said, they were SOOO nice.  I actually found my dress cheaper elsewhere but ordered from La Soie anyways because of how great their customer service was.

@Meowkers: From what I know I believe Pasadena’s lovely isn’t it? I know the film ‘Father of the Bride’ was filmed there and it looked beautiful in the film.

@Mrs.tobe – Thank You! It took me ages to commit to a dress but this one just felt fabulous on and the Enzoani dresses are just so well made.

@CatyLady: Yes Pasadena is a lovely area.  It’s considered very “old money”.  The houses are picturesque, the streets are adorable and it has tons of museums, cafes and stores,  It’s sort of removed from the hustle and bustle of LA so it’s this insolated community, (which makes it charming but difficult to live it and commute to work elsewhere).

@MrsMoksha:I’m in LOVE with your dress!!!  I went to the Enzoani site and apparently there are no retailers in Nebraska!  Do you mind telling me the retail price of the dress? There’s no reason for me to get my hopes up if it’s out of my budget.  Thanks!

@fedupgetfit: Thanks! I paid $3300 for my dress here in Canada. The beaded belt I am wearing is actually from another Enzoani dress, “Ferryn”, and cost an additional $150. Hope this helps and happy dress shopping 🙂

Here’s the dress I got!  The Dillon!  I’m getting it with the lighter color belt.  Still debating on the veil and all other accessories and shoes!  I didn’t get it with the bollero, but now I’m wondering if I should have just for pictures.  Such anxiety, but I hope I chose the right one!  It just made me feel really elegant and classic.  And it definitely didn’t feel like a lace dress as it was really structured and felt good!  The rose detail in the lace is beautiful!  Let me know what you think!  🙂

@Slz289:

I love that dress! That was my very close second. Enzoani has some seriously gorgeous dresses.

@Slz289: Oh that’s gorgeous!! I think a Cathedral veil would be absolutely perfect with your dress. I didn’t think I wanted a Cathedral veil but I’m having a two tier one and I feel like a princess and it makes and completes the look.

@Slz289: Your dress is lovely.  It looks a little different (the position of the belt, that is) in the lower pictures–was this after alterations?  It looks like it fits you better in the lower pictures.  Very pretty dress.  I love lace.
