windowlulu:  that’s what I thought lol. I bought it brand new off Tradesy but am 100% having my seamstress do  sweetheart neckline. I keep seeing pictures with and without lol so I was curious.

Youre dress is so pretty! ๐Ÿ™‚

poodleymix:  Allure 9259 was my top 2 choice and I too wish I could have seen it on more real brides when I decided against it, it may have swayed me to it. (I still regret not going with it a tiny bit…I went a totally different direction.) It is TOTALLY structured and sucks everything in. It was beautiful on. Super classic but also super modern. If any bride is thinking about it, don’t hesitate. Stunning dress.

windowlulu:  Here are my dresses.

I have the poofy one already.  I bought this one because we were thinking to get married last year to make his parent happy so I was in a rush to buy a dress.  It is beautiful though and I do love it!  Just worried it is too much dress for me to wear all day.

Don’t have the slimmer one (yep, the dreaded dress regret stikes again) but should be able to pick it up soon.  I am little nervous about that one because I ordered it to my height and was supposed to lose a smidgen of weight–what if the proportions didn’t come right, what if I don’t fit?

Both are super similar.  Silk duipioni and horsehair tulle.

I just had to share my pics of my dress. It had been a LONG ride but I finally found ‘the one’ SO EXCITED!

windowlulu: Maybe both.  Maybe just the slimmer one.  Depends on how it looks when I pick it up.

Haha, they said I was in between sizes.  Stupidly, I ordered the smaller one and said I would lose half an inch at the waist.  I was slightly drunk on the Sofia Coppola mini canned champagne that they gave me.  Anyway, I’m probably okay but still a little worried about it and that all of the proportions come out wrong … every once in a while you see something on the boards scaled for a petite girl and it has gone horribly wrong.

Anyway, look how cute thsee mini champagnes are!  And they come with a straw!

Well all I can say is – how can you bear to be taking off your amazing first  dress for any of these, pretty though they are….?
