You should be able to. If there was enough dress to flare out around the pedestal, there should be no problem making it flare out around a crinoline. Pretty dress by the way!

Shop photos are notoriously bad.  Have you been able to image search any brides who wore it in real life?  I bet it does fit more like a trumpet in real life, and you can probably totally add crinoline and/or nip-tuck the dress to make it more extreme.

@mtb117:  I love, love, love your dress!!!! It’s soooo elegant! I’m an Enzoani bride too!!! When I first tried on the sample, they clamped me in and I thought, “Wow! I love the mermaid look on me!” But when the dress came in in my size, I was pretty disappointed since it was more of a slim A-line (I guess when they clamp you in, they can really change the shape of the dress). I still love my dress, so the seamstress is just going to take it in around and below my butt, like with your dress. Congratulations on saying yes to the dress!
