I like the Eresma, there’s something about it that makes it more soft and elegant. However they are pretty much the same.

I’m not going to be any help… I like the one shoulder of the first one, but the sweetheart neckline of the second.  I don’t think Eresa has any more “going on” than Edimburgo though..

Honestly, they are very, very similar. I can’t really see in these pics the detailing on the eresma, though it looks like it has some sort of beading. I will say I prefer the sweetheart on the eresma to the cut on the edinburgo, but this could easily be changed in alterations if you wanted to. I really love the dress you have! If you are feeling like it’s not the one, though, would it be possible to use the money you put towards that towards the eresma? If not, I really do think the edinburgo will be beautiful and stunning. They look so similar no one but you will notice!

I’m going to be honest, I love the one you did not buy.  However, as the prior posters pointed out, the dresses are quite similar.  If you can change to the other gown without losing your deposit, then do so. If you are going to lose hundreds or thousands of dollars, then do not switch. You can always alter the first dress to look more like the second dress if you really want to (make the neckline more of a sweetheart shape, eliminate the shoulder strap, etc.)

go Edimburgo! the lower part (under the waist) is unique, and that is something eresma doesn’t have!

Im VERY biased but I pick Eresma, Im wearing Eresma and I tried on Edimburgo and I felt the exact same way you did,I thought Edim was just a little too plain but I was torn because I wanted a one shoulder dress but in the end I picked Eresma because the beading won me over! However they both look great on you, Edim looks waaaay better on you than it did on me!

I went trying on wedding dresses yesterday for the first time and the eresma was the second one i tried on in the white, I absolutly loved it. I had “the moment” as they say my heart went a flutter and i could see myself walking down the isle in it. They both are stunning dresses on you but I still prefer the eresma. Smile

I just ordered the Edimburgo 2 days ago and can’t wait for it to arrive!  I plan to make the neckline a sweetheart and add a blingy belt.  I feel like the other dress is just “typical”.  The woven design of the Edim is so unique that it adds visual interest in its own way…. while being so unique!

I love the eresma! You should do a poll!
