My wedding is fast approaching – 32 days! I’m making the programs and escort cards myself. My vision for the place cards is very simple – just white tented cards with pink writing set in a bed of wheat grass.
The problem is that I can’t for the life of me figure out how to best make these, or what program to use. I’ve looked for templates in Word, but haven’t found just a blank template.
Can anyone help? I’m looking for a step-by-step instruction or even a template… something easy and cheap!

Both of these are handwritten on single sheet paper. I would use an Avery Template (already built into word) for business cards or a label that looked more square if you like the 2nd one more)
You can change the gridlines on it to a grayscale, run it through the printer with no text, then flip it over and run it through again with your names/table info on it. Then you can use the lines on the back to cut it out.
Hope that makes sense! Message me for more help if you need 🙂
If you’re looking for something even quicker – pick up the Gartner Studio or other brand placecards from Staples or other office stores – they come with their own template and you just print them, tear at the perforations and fold just before displaying (otherwise they fall down).
