ckinchen:  I hadn’t seen that. I haven’t decided if I’m wearing a veil yet, but I do like the head piece the model is wearing. It’s nice that I’ve found someone else wearing the same dress 😊

I just went for my first fitting the other day with my D1679! I’m adding lace cap sleeves and a lace back hence the weird one-sleeve look lol

I just said yes to essence of australia dress #D1951! Has anyone else chosen this dress? I’m wondering what kind of undergarments you wear with it since it shows all bumps/lines.  Thanks!

Went in for another fitting recently now that my sleeves are coming along on my dress and I figured I’d post some update pics! This is the D1679, originally sleeveless and we are altering it to add cap sleeves and a lace back.

This first pic is trying it on for the first time with sleeves, and with a crenoline slip underneath to give it some volume.

The seamstress pinned the sleeves in more so that they will have more of a cap sleeve shape:

Close up of the neckline, the edges will be a bit more scalloped when she is done with it:

And the back, when its finished the satin buttons will go all the way up the back:
