For everyday I wear the same pairs. In my top holes a pear of princess cut studs my husband bought me,when we picked out my engagement ring (they matched) that have never left my ears. In the bottom holes I usually wear some diamond hoops he got me while on mission in Cambodia. I switch those out for pearls, or something more extravagant of we are going out.

I love (and usually stick to) a pretty set of pearl earrings! I love buying a pack with varying sizes for whatever fits my mood. Classic and goes with everything.

I usually stick with the same ones for quite a while because I’m too lazy to take them out, lol, so I tend to go with simple to match everything. All of my earrings are super cheap and from Forever 21, but right now i’m feeling delicate gold hoops or tiny little geometric shape studs in my first piercing and crystal studs in my second piercing (both lobe). I always wear a tiny diamond stud in my cartilage piercing that my parents gave me for high school graduation (14 years ago, it’s practically an antique!)

I always wear a pair of pearl studs that my dad gave me.  They are classic and go with everything!

barbie86:  Don’t forget a pair of diamond huggies…they can be dressed up or down 🙂

I hardly wear earrings anymore but when I do, it’s either 1 of 2 pairs I own or diamond studs.

barbie86:  Earrings where the hoops are so small they sort of “hug” your earlobes…

I can’t stand anything dangly (including huggies) because my hair always gets caught and I have a more simple style, so it’s studs for me. I never went for diamond ones in the past because cheapy CZ ones do the job just fine (no one is looking at my ears that closely and they’re actually usually hidden by hair anyway). Lately I’ve been really into smaller ones that are probably 1.5ctw (which might look pretty big on some people but I have gigantic ear lobes).

I’m on the hunt for diamond OEC studs now because it’d be nice to have a forever pair that I could pass down one day. 🙂

1 carat each diamond studs and a pair of Mikimoto pearl studs plus jackets for changing it up. I also wear (treated) blue diamond studs, .5 carat each.

I don’t usually wear dangling earrings unless I’m dressed up.

OEC studs will be gorgeous! TheGridMonster:

I tend to only wear jewelery beyond a necklace except for special occasions. When I was young I had a hoop and a spike in my upper right ear. You are probably beyond that. I have drop pearl earrings that I love, wore them tonight at dinner. I would love saphire or ruby studs next

I love earrings! I consider essential ones to be yellow gold and white gold ball earrings that are either shiny or laser cut/textured (I have tiny ears so mine are 6mm, but 8mm is the standard), pearl earrings, and some sort of dangling ones that are either coin-shaped or teardrop-shaped. I’d love a pair of small hoop earrings, myself, but I haven’t yet been able to find a pair that I like.
