I love love LOVE Etsy… As I’m sure most of you Bees do. I have never ever had a problem until recently. I ordered some favors for my wedding and went ahead and paid for them up front. The seller had over 90% feedback but did have one issue about being late on shipping with an item. She had awesome communication… Until recently. I was supposed to get a proof in a few days, and that was back on September 24th. I have sent the seller 2 messages this week and haven’t heard back yet. At this point, what are my options? My wedding is soon and I need some sort of confirmation these either will or won’t be ready. I did purchase the items with Paypal if that helps.

Can you write a final and third message requesting a shipping date with tracking number. If you don’t get that within 24 hours, file a complaint with Etsy and PayPal and get your money back. Then find someone else.

Also, your typo of “etay” got me thinking how AMAZING it would be if there was a site, like eBay, that you could bid on great craft things (like the stuff you’d find on Etsy!) … Of course, etay would be the perfect name!
