I keep both my diamond band on (not eternity but it has diamonds on the top half) and my e-ring on all the time unless I am taking a shower or cooking.  Just be careful with it since diamonds go all the way around

you should not wear any type of diamond while in the pool, or jucuzzi, While diggiging in dirt or cleaning even using bleach it can do damage to the clariety. and don’t shower with them on that the advice that the sales lady at Kays jewelers gave me about my diamond.

My engagement ring has diamond all the way around and I wear 2 eternity bands on either side. I wear just one band to the gym, and take them all off while cleaning (serious cleaning or using chemicals, I leave them on for just general cleaning) showering, and sleeping. I haven’t had any problems. I guess I am pretty careful with them in general though.

I only take my rings off when I go to the beach. And that is for two reasons. 1) Terrified of loosing it in the ocean. and 2) I’m a bit superficial and do not like tan lines.

I have a half eternity band. I wear them 24/7. I *will* lose it if i take the things off. Plus, there are 3 bands and if they accidentally knock diamonds? Oh boy, scratched diamonds. At least on my finger they don’t rub each other.
