Yes, I’m still planning to order from a brick and mortar store (supporting a small business, yay), but it seems like the consensus is…not that one. I’ll feel better about having my money go to a store with better business practices.

As others have said, if they treated you badly even before they made a sell, why would they treat you any better after they had already taken your money? Bad customer service now only paves the way for bad customer service later. You want your dress experience to be fun and memorable, not full of headaches and runarounds!
Definitely take your business to someone who deserves it.
