I totally feel you. There have been white silk dresses on twenty-somethings at the last two weddings I’ve attended. Blah! Who does that?

Man, your flower girl one is bad! And the labor… eek!

WOW! Can’t believe you’ve witnessed all of these…..you’ve been to a lot of eventful weddings (to say the least)!! Yikes.

You missed this one… do not announce your impending divorce at the wedding rehearsal in church!  I had that happen to me by one of my bridesmaids. My brother calmly escorted her outside and told her that that would be the last we would hear of it until after the wedding!

O-M-G, agreed.  You’ve really experienced or seen this stuff go down?  I can promise you I’d freak the freak out at my wedding if any of that was to take place!

@futuremominlaw: Your brother sounds awesome. perfect response.

Yikes though to all of the above! I can only add that you should not abandon critical pieces of clothing (such as pants) on the dance floor for my mother to gather.

You should not wear a dress SO tight as a guest, that after you’ve had a little too much to drink you end up splitting it so far up the back while you’re dancing we can all see what’s under there (in her case, not much). And please…no lap dances!

LOL ditto the “no tight and bright” dress.

In general I like when people wear the size clothes they are supposed to wear, not the size they want to wear.

I can’t believe you’ve seen all those! How awful!
