Just curious if any of you have purchansed your wedding invites off etsy? Did you order a file and the printed them yourself? If so, what kind of paper did you print on?
Any help would be awesome!

I got mine from Eden Wedding Studio – she was AMAZING. I had her print them since I didn’t trust my personal printer to do the job, and the quality was fantastic. Great, fast turnaround and I have received a lot of compliments on the design.

I don’t know if this helps, but if you’re having a rustic wedding, printing with normal black ink (I used a laser printer) on kraft recycled paper looks really nice! That is what I did for my invites:
If you’re having a different kind of wedding, I’m sure there is lots of nice paper out there that would look great printed on at home with a normal printer!

Thank you ladies 🙂
@DeathByDesign: I love what you have there, but we are haivng more of a ‘fairy tale wedding’. I guess I should just look around and see what there is for paper.
@lobbyart: I had hoped to save on costs by having them printed at home to avoid shipping 🙂

Yes yes yes! I too am kind of going for fairy tale and romantic themes. Just sent out all my invites that were ordered off of etsy adn they got rave reviews. Working with Rozena was easy peasy, and affordable. She can send you the digital file or print them for you. She printed my suite which included invitation, response postcard, and little business card with our wedding website it was under $100 for 65 invites.
