I am not finding a store called LaceMary on Etsy. What they call their store and what their store name is under (It shows up in their url) are different.

@bostonkate:

I wouldn’t buy from her shop.  Too much of a chance that negative reviews were  deleted.  If you were going to buy a dress from China anyway, maybe have a look at DressilyMe (the cheaper one) or Jasmine’s (the higher quality one)?  I’m pretty sure both are basedin Suzhou like that Etsy shop, and you’ll find plenty of reviews here on the Bee.

I think the price is too good to be true for that kind of lace … I think that you should look at other options …

Hey! Actually, I just ordered my dress from LaceMarry, and she’s sent me photos of the different lace patterns she’s going to be using, which are just spectacular. She also let me totally customise my dress for about $389 USD, even though it’s basically just all lace, and two tiers of it at that (oh, and quite a bit of beading!). To get it, I just sent her a message asking her if she could make me a dress based on a photo.

She’s incredibly helpful, responds quickly, and if you have an idea you’re not so sure about, she’s more than willing to make a suggestion or two to help you with your decision. Also note – all the photos she puts on her page are ones she herself has made, so what you see is what you get. If you check out her official website too, there are more positive reviews.

Good luck, I really hope you choose to get your dress with her, she’s incredible!

Im just looking at her for Bridesmaids Dresses, I think its odd that she has had over 200 sales…but only 40 feedbacks!

Her correspondence so far has been really good tho, i just need to decide whether to risk it or not!

One of my bridesmaids just received her dress (still waiting on the other one) and it’s beautiful! Fits perfectly, is well constructed, it’s even got boning on the inside and the fabric is good quality. Barring any issues with dress #2 I’d highly recommend her! So far I’m very pleased and you can’t beat her prices.

MysticV:  Hey there. Sorry I don’t visit as much as I used to! LaceMary did my bridesmaid dresses. They were beautiful and well made. I posted a bunch of pictures under recaps after my wedding last summer. You can see them there. We got the dresses super fast and they were great!

Hi! I tried posting pictures and it keeps failing on me, broken links =( it did turn out really nicely though! My only issue with the dress when it arrived was colour – I ordered ivory, and the colour she sent was closer to buttercream than ivory. However, she does make a good knock-off. If you’re looking for your dress to be exactly like an image, then she isn’t for you.

Turns out in the end I’m not using my dress after all unfortunately. Our entire wedding plan has changed from being a wedding in Australia in winter 2015 with 75 guests at a church and reception venue, to now being an elopement in Denmark in summer 2016, so I wasn’t comfortable wearing a big lace princessy dress considering it’s now just the two of us at a courthouse =P

Finally managed an upload! Wasn’t so keen on the belt either on second thought, but bought a new one. Shame I can’t use it anymore!
