(Closed) Etsy for BM dresses??

I think bridesmaids dresses from Etsy would be great. Just pay attention to feedback, etc. I haven’t done it, but I know people who’ve had great results with it.

I’m considering getting one of these dresses from etsy. I guess buy one for myself as a sample, and then see how the girls like it.

Me too!

You could ask for pictures on it other than the model shots on the etsy listing, and then also request a fabric swatch? Perhaps? Then it wouldn’t be a full sample, but could give you a better idea. No shame in being a poor grad student– I’d be one if I weren’t an only child and my parents weren’t supporting me. I is a sissy. :p

I think the dress is beautiful! The seller has 100% positive feedback with over 500 customers, so I really think you aren’t going to have a problem with the dresses. If you’re concerned with the quality of the fabic, why not just ask her to send you a swatch of fabric? I’m sure she would send it to you! I’ve never gotten anything less than perfect from Etsy sellers, so I think you’re very safe.
