I got one of my BM’s this flask from Stellar Custom Images

And another Bridesmaid or Best Man (my little sister) this Percy Jackson camp necklace from TotallyObsessed

And another Bridesmaid or Best Man a Scrabble tile necklace from HomeStudio

I’ll probably do another flask for another one of my BM’s.  And then I also have an idea for some decoupage candle holders I want to make myself for each of my BM’s.

There are a lot of awesome, unique jewelry options on Etsy if that’s what you’re looking for (legit jewelry, not the nerd-tastic stuff I’m getting for my sisters).  😛

I don’t really think there’s etiquette as far as what you’re supposed to spend.  Spend what you can afford.  I mean, if you’re having a really formal wedding where your BM’s are spending a lot of money on dresses, hair, etc., or if they’re spending money on travel, I wouldn’t get all cheap on them.  I’m probably spending about $30 average per person on the gift I’m buying for each of them (maybe a little more for my MOH’s), plus I’ll be making something else for each of them myself.  And I have 6 BM’s.

I will buy accessories for my ladies from Esty.  Here are my choices.  There is no price point, really, spend what you could afford, but do make it a memorable gift. I’m spending about $100, but I only have 3 ladies.  A nice pedicure/manicure with a light lunch is also a great gift for them.

The things I bought for my BMs off of Etsy were these pearl neckalces, a personalized hanger with their name spelled out in the wire, and hair pieces:

I also bought them some really nice organizer bags from http://www.mythirtyone.com/jenjen1/ and had their first inital embroidered on them. I also included a ‘survival pack’, a small bottle of orange juice and champagne.

And to your latter question, I agree with the PP, if your BMs are spending a lot on your wedding with hair, shoes, dresses, then I wouldn’t go cheap on them. My BMs spent about $100 on the dress and I pretty much let them do what they want with their hair and shoes and all that jazz. I spent roughly $50 on each. I orginially was only going to get them a necklace, but since my bridal party is so small (3 lovely ladies) I felt I could probably spend a little more.

A lot of sellers on Etsy will offer a ‘bulk’ discount if you ask! The seller that sold me the necklaces saved me 10%. Granted it wasn’t a huge discount, BUT it was a discount none-the-less!

Yes! I already posted in another thread, but I got these for my girls in my wedding colours. They are going to use them the day of and I’d like to take a few professional pics with them.

This is her shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/TheClutchess

I feel like I really lucked out.  I wanted so badly to get pearls but generally they are way out of my price range…until I found a seller on etsy.  I got 5 necklace/bracelet sets plus one extra necklace for my fiance’s mom for $74 total.  I am really happy with them.  If it seems too good to be true, I will say they were made in China (although handmade by a woman who owns a retail shop with her family) and the quality of the pearls I ordered is definitely not perfect.  They are not perfectly round and have some blemishes, but I think they are gorgeous and have character.  I know my girls will feel the same way.  The jewelry itself is well-made and there are other pearls in the shop that are of much higher quality.  The picture below is from my custom listing and I would say it’s very accurate.  Look for ‘Favorite Jewellry’ on etsy.  Just know that it did take a while for me to receive the pearls…I think she gets a little backed-up.

I think the gifts I get my bridesmaids will come from etsy.  I will more than likely get jewelry for them from etsy or something to store some jewelry in.
