Hey bees! I found some invitations that I adore but they are a little pricey. I am thinking of DIYing them but I am clueless. Did you order your invitations via Etsy? If so, who was the Etsy artist/name? Show pics if possible. If you have any tips on how to DIY these, please post!!! Thanks!

@missmichigan: I think you got lots of great advice yesterday for DIYing those and a few links to Etsy vendors that had fireworks themed invites for a better price than that one. Maybe check a few of those out.

@bakerella: I have checked into them. I’d like more advice where I can find it. Thanks.

@bakerella: I can’t find any decent firework themed paper. None that even compares to the fireworks on this one. I dont want to DIY them if they are going to look worse than the originals. While I appreciate your help, I’d like to search for other options. I like to look into other Etsy artists that have pleased other brides in the past. Am I asking for too much advice or something? It seems like it bothers you that I am asking for help.

@missmichigan: those are really pretty!
I used LittleLadyBugPress and she would probably do a custom order if you discussed it with her.
Here are my invitations:

@missmichigan: Sorry, no it doesn’t bother me. I didn’t mean to upset you or offend you in some way. I was just curious if you had looked into the ones that were recommended to you yesterday. Maybe try bumping yesterday’s thread so other people can see what was already suggested, and they can offer alternate advice or options. I don’t want to see you get the same advice over and over again is all.

I don’t know if this is an option but I was looking at getting some made on Etsy but then my friend who loves design said that he would design them for me and I could just send the files to the printer. I bet if you know someone that works with the same programs they could make something similar to the fireworks ones. In total my invitations will cost me about $300 compaired to over $600.
Good Luck.
