That’s ridiculous. You paid for two, she sent one.  She should fix her mistake ASAP, not expect you to pay for it!

Are you asking her for faster shipping than normal still it’s her fault. Guarantee bad feedback help her react. Etsy sellers are very dependent on feedback. Sorry this happened

Argh! I had one etsy purchase go terribly bad, but all the rest were fantastic. There always has to be one bad apple out there!!

i really hope she pays for her mistake (date twin!)

@Southerngirl4234:  That’s crazy – I’m sorry that’s happening. She should absolutely pay for rush shipping to you! I agree with @starcatcher09:  regarding leaving negative feedback and offer to remove it if she sends it rush at no cost to you.

It’s her fault, yet you are in a rush and this is probably the last thing you need to deal with at the moment.  I’d plunk down the $20 so you can forget about this mess and enjoy the other parts of your wedding preparations.  But yeah, sorry to hear about this…
