I have a ring from a different Etsy vendor (artifactum). I saw the receipt (FI is bad at secrets and kept leaving his email open on my computer before he proposed) and shipping was crazy high compared to the price of the ring. I think it’s because it’s insured, because of the value of the thing being shipped. Which isn’t a bad thing. I second the PP’s vote to check the feedback though.

I was also considering this shop.  It makes me nervous buying from Thailand, but supposedly the pieces come with lifetime service.  Please let us know if you purchase from them!

I have a rose gold/morganite RHR ring from etsy and I love it! I agree with others to check the reviews before making a commitment, but I say go for it:)

I had a look at the vendor’s return and exchange policies – I think you will need to check with vendor on what happens if a custom or sale item arrived damaged, or is faulty, and what recourses you have in terms of refund.
