(Closed) Etsy seller I bought my invitations from is not responding about programs now…

Is there a phone number listed on ther shop contact page? 

Can you contact Etsy to contact the seller?

If you paid via PayPal is there a contact phone number there? 

If none available, do you have the funds available to order from oz other seller and file a PayPal claim? (you most likely wont get this back before the wedding).

I would make a complaint to etsy and see what can be done. Maybe they can give you a voucher to use towards another etsy shop? On a side note, if you have the file, can you contact a local print shop To just produce them?

Barbiestylez:  I can relate! I was freaking when I had not heard back from my seller, but she had some pipes burst in her house then had the flu at the same time. 

Sooooo glad you heard from her. I remember seeing those, it’s going to be so pretty!!

Barbiestylez:  As sad as her family crisis is, I’m not sure that excuses her dropping out of contact with her customers for over a month. She could easily have posted a brief message on her shop page or sent emails out about her situation. Don’t feel bad for being upset with someone who never communicated her situation to you. A week, fine, it happens. A month, no.

Don’t feel bad, there was no way you could know what was going on in her life. If it bothers her that customers are upset because she fell off the face of the earth then it’s her responsibility to send out a quick message to the people waiting for her to respond. I’ve lost my dad and stepmom and still can’t imagine leaving people hanging for a month, that’s just lame. I’m glad it’s getting worked out though…you’re wedding is so close! Yay!

Barbiestylez:  I’m glad she got back to you!  I think you handled it really well, although she really should have let all of her customers know that she was dealing with some family issues and that communication might be sporadic.  Oh well.  All is well now!

Barbiestylez:  glad that’s resolved and hopefully you get your programs in time. I’m all about customer service so a little communication would’ve went a long way in this situation. My heart goes out to her and her father but there was no way for you to know…
