Definitely not the same ring in the photo. The sides are completely different smh.

if you paid with PayPal I would open a claim with them! That is not the same ring! Or contact etsy. There’s a difference between no returns and false advertising and sending something fake! Good luck bee!

Yep its different. Paypal or your card company can get you a refund. Also contact etsy and tell them, they are very strict and should be able to help you

I can see the differences. It looks like they made a replica of the original. Glad they are going to refund you.

Definitely notify etsy regardless of whether they give you a refund. Super shady.

After you get your money back be sure to leave a rating and a comment. Was the seller in the US or abroad? I wonder how many times they have gotten away with that…..

Yeah, not the same ring at all! 

Glad you are going to get your money back, but I’d leave a review with a picture of what you received. Polishing should not take chunks out of the sides of the filigree.
