I’m thinking I was had.
I ordered some mini tambourines from a seller on Etsy in late November. It was a large order and she said it would take a while and would get them to me by Jan 5th. Communication has been steller. Last convo was on the 19th stating that things were going to ship the 22nd from Boston (I’m in southern Cali). So fast FWD to the other day, I sent her a message asking if thngs had indeed shipped… no reply. So yesterday I log in and check her feedback and BAM she has 2 negatives on Christmas Day. So I sent her another message to see if they had shipped. If nothing by tomorrow I guess I’ll have to file and buy the stuff to do it myself. As if I have the time with other details 11 days before my wedding!!!!

I had a similar issue with an etsy seller & filed an etsy claim at around 42 days, knowing that you only have 45 days to file a Paypal claim. She shipped the items almost immediately after I filed the etsy claim, and sent me the shipping tracking number on the 45th day literally as I was preparing to file the Paypal claim…. It sucks, but yeah, any bad feedback is a red flag on etsy, no matter how many good reviews they have.

Wow that’s horrible! I had no idea etsy had things like that. Everything will work out! File the claim and enjoy your special day!
