@Aquaria:  I’ve only purchased from Etsy a few times, but I see a lot of “vintage” keys and binders for $30+ bucks a piece. My mom still has a big box of binders from when she was in school from the 70’s and 80’s. I guess I should start selling those.

As they say, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure”. That said, in certain area certain items are harder to find or its just easier to find them all in one place online. Are they worth some of the prices? Eh, probably not, but things are worth what people are willing to pay for them.
