Oh dear.

Please take the advice of the other bees, the same advice they offer you month after month (you keep creating new accounts every 4 weeks).

Be patient. Test again in a few days. If you’re struggling with possible evap lines, buy the digital tests so you’re not stressing as much. I know the TWW are hard. I’ve been struggling to stay patient during each one for the last year. It doesn’t necessarily get easier, but it really does help if you keep yourself busy with some hobbies or relaxation time.

Try and relax and focus on other things, especially during the TWW. As being anxious and stressed can affect your cycles/getting pregnant.

The instructions that come with my tests say that it should be read within the specified time frame, otherwise an evap line could occur and alter your perception of the results.

I know the wait is so hard (I’m fighting the temptation to test, myself) but you’ve gotta find something to help you take your mind off this for a few days. Do you have Netflix? I love to binge watch my favorite tv shows (maybe not the healthiest thing but it keeps my mind occupied).

My husband and I would plan a special dinner or road trip – something fun to look forward to during the TWW because the waiting part can be so difficult. If my period came, (which happened many times as it took over a year for us) I’d pour a glass of wine, eat some sushi and tell myself that there was always next month to try. You have to learn to cope without getting obsessive. It’s tricky, but you’ll feel so much better once you learn some coping skills.
