Hold your pee for 4 hours and take a FRER.  Was it a red dye or blue dye test?  Red dyes are easier to read.

An eval line by definition is not a positive test (so yes there will be ladies who see an evap line and aren’t pregnant.)  However, it sounds like previously you mistook a positive line for an evap line.

Post a pic if you want us to give more specific advice.

I’ve been using the nuva ring for three years without any problems. The heavy spotting might have happened because you’re body is still adjusting to the new birth control. I’m confused because you said you had your period as normal and then had spotting a week later and put your ring in today. Did you get your period while the ring was still in?

Also, I’m pretty sure the results on those strips (and most tests) are invalid after ten minutes.

Wondfo recently gave me a bunch of false positives, so look up your batch number and see if it’s a bad batch.

So you got your period, had heavy spotting a week after your period, and then put the new Nuvaring in? How long did you have the ring out?

ETA: Oops, noticed this post is four weeks old. You’ve probably figured it out by now.
