Is anyone else experiencing bad evaps on their first response tests? I don’t know if it shows up in the photo but both have a line. I put them away after nothing came up in 3 mins but then went back and looked and saw the line later. The bottom on was taken a day or so before the top one. I have taken a lot of these in my time and they never end up with a line! Are they a dodgy batch maybe?

journeyintime : Never go back and look outside the test window. I always bury mine deep in the trash so I’m never tempted.

I had the same problems with FRERs. I know many people swear by them but I wouldn’t use them again. I never had indents or evaps on my cheap internet strips (pregmate) and when I did get my BFP, the line was darker on the cheap test than the FRER.

I don’t think it can be considered an evap or an indent if it is outside of the three minute window. There’s a reason why they give you a time frame to look at the test
So yes it’s an evap line but I wouldn’t consider it a faulty test, because it showed up hours later

Tests are only valid within the 3-5 minute window, anything you see after that is an evap or indent line and doesn’t mean anything.

I’m sorry I don’t see anything at all! But if you do see something then I’d say it’s an evap! Don’t go back and look at the test, if it’s positive it will be there within the time window.

Yes I’ve heard FRERs lately have been very unreliable!!
