janedw :  I’m sorry I scared you.  There is a lot of commiseration about chemical pregnancies here because so many of us have had them.  That’s why I eventually took a positive pregnancy test with a grain of salt.  More “hmm, we’ll see.”. I don’t think you need to worry right now.  Some people do follow up tests to see if their hcg levels are increasing or decreasing over time.  That’s not always reliable because just diluting your urine with careful hydration can temporarily lead to a lighter test line.  My recommendation to any woman is to be cautiously optimistic.  One day at a time.  You line for 12 dpo looks fine.  Maybe retest each morning.  It should get darker, generally speaking.  You can have your doc track your hcg levels by blood test if they’re willing.  That’s more accurate.

janedw :  Your test looks just fine in darkness for 11 DPO. You’re pregnant! I’d tell you to relax and enjoy it but when people told me that it drove me nuts! But it looks good! You could look on these threads for a momma group for the month you’re due. I joined one here and it’s been so nice to have the support from other mommas in the same stage of pregnancy as me.

janedw :  Looks great to me! Congratulations 😀 My lines were much fainter than that at 11dpo and I’m 16 weeks tomorrow.
