I’m not sure he was a “smart” guy to begin with.

Mario Lopez did something similar to his fiance a long time ago – slept with a stripper at his bach party. It was the week before his wedding, and he went through with the wedding, only for his wife to find out two weeks later. She filed for divorce immediately,

I find it funny you spelled “smart” wrong in the title 🙂

Whoa!!! I do hope she wins. What a moron! People have started taking Bachelor/ette parties too far nowadays anyway. Why does it have to be about strippers, strip clubs, etc.?

DISGUSTING. At least she found out before the wedding that he was such a d-bag.

She should be suing for potential STDS.

i highly doubt she will win, but  i do feel bad for her though. She is better off without him. What a jerk

I don’t know about the pain and suffering, but she definitely should get at least half of the expenses for the wedding back…especially if she had to give back the ring.

To me it reads more like an American Express commercial:

Flowers and beauty treatments: $67,000

Barely avoiding marrying a D-bag because you found out he cheated on you: Priceless

She could definitely win the case, probably not for the entire amount, but for whatever she put in financially for the wedding. Why should she not, he did ask her to marry him, and then last minute, cheat on her and back out. It really does make sense that he would owe her something back financially.

Haha, I really don’t think she has an actionable claim. “Fiduciary duty of implied fidelity”? Yeah, no. But I do feel bad for her.
