I’m having a tent wedding with dreams of all the beautiful draping and paper lanterns in the tent and one of the things I’m most worried about is actually pulling it off and setting it up the day of (I can’t imagine that a tent rental company would set up everything for me and I don’t want my family having to do it).
Im basically confused on who I would need to hire. I’m not opposed to hiring a wedding coordinator, but I’m not sure if that’s what they do or if they would just hire an event design company themselves and oversee it (as oppoesd to me hiring them myself and cut out the cost of the wedding coordinator). On all of the wedding tv shows, they show the wedding planner doing it all. So what do I need, a wedding planner or an event planner? What are the basic differences between the two?
