They can wait until the wedding day.

I would just lie to people and tell them it’s in the shop having last minute alterations.  I had the same problem with my dress.  Mother-In-Law was insisting I store it in her house the week before the wedding, instead of the hotel and I was adamant that was not going to happen! lol

Well for your FI’s Grandma, you should show it to her for sure.  She must be so happy and excited to see his grandson marries the girl he loves.  For others, you can say No you want to surprise them at the wedding.

I just took a pic of me in it, if someone wants to see it – like Future Mother-In-Law or someone important, they can see it in person on the hanger OR see the pic. I’m with you, I’m not trying it on again over and over. Others, like friends or something, no you cannot see my dress, you have to wait. My bridal party and some close family thats it 🙂

Anyone who has seen my dress has just looked at it while in the bag still.  I didn’t pull it out for them.

I think it’s rude of them to ask (though I’m sure they don’t mean to be rude).

I didn’t show anyone my dress before the wedding day, other than my mom, who shopped with me, and I’m glad I didn’t.

When people asked to see it I told them that I wasn’t showing anyone. I satisfied them by describing it in very general terms.
