My brother just got engaged; I am SO HAPPY! First Fiance and I got engaged, then FI’s sister, and now my brother–that’s a lot of weddings to handle all at once but it is so exciting 🙂
The only complication this introduces is that my already-overfilled bridesmaid list (I haven’t invited anyone yet, but my mental list) now has one more contender, yikes!

Sounds like it will be a busy year in your family! Congrats to you and your Future Sister-In-Law it will be so much fun for you two to plan together! If you are thinking about asking her to be a Bridesmaid or Best Man I say go for it!

Very exciting! A family full of weddings! Add her to your potential bridesmaid list, but don’t sweat if you have too many. I’m sure you can find another way to involve her in the ceremony.

Congrats to all the weddings!! You guys can help eachother through the fun! lol
Just because she’s now going to be part of the family doesn’t mean you HAVE to add her on your “mental” Bridesmaid or Best Man list. 🙂 But, if you’re close and debating it, then go for it! But, definitely ask. Especialy if she’s planning a wedding of her own .. it may be too much to handle.
Or she may welcome the idea! So, when you do make your final list and you’re ready to start asking people … have the convo first before deciding on it (or making her feel obligated by just asking). Some people may just be a litte overwhelmed with it.
Good luck and this definitely sounds like an exciting year for you!!!

@njm1313: Ooh, good idea about running it by her first. I definitely don’t want to overwhelm her, and she’s currently living in Sweden and I wouldn’t want her to stress about getting over here all the time. Not that I would expect her to, but what if she felt pressured?! Ah! Anyway, I guess that’s why I should talk to her in advance.
I am planning on including FI’s sister so I would feel a little weird excluding brother’s Fiance, but it’s not really the same thing, and geography does complicate things. I’ll keep thinking about it.
In the meantime, 3 weddings getting planned at the same time is such fun!
