I didn’t make any changes to my dress but it pretty much has a bit of everything….lace, bling, ruffles, train, beaded belt.

sounds OTT but it really is perfect for me 🙂 I love it so much. Can’t wait to wear her!

I started out adamantly against satin and tulle. I wanted a pure white lace a-line. Or so I thought! after trying on lots of dresses I found myself completely confused. I loved the fit of a mermaid but also loved the volume of a-lines and ballgowns. I still loved lace but found myself drawn to gorgeous flowy tulle skirts. And I realized that white and ivory were not for me – I’m a champagne bride through and through. I searched and searched for something that fit all these things and finally decided to have my elusive dream dress custom made. And here she is!

Beautiful lace bodice, fitted through the hips like a mermaid/fit-and-flare but with layers of voluminous tulle like an a-line. And in champagne!

I don’t have her yet (they just sent me the pics today) but I cannot WAIT to wear her. She’s got a little bit of everything and she’s absolutely perfect 🙂

LOL lace, tulle, ribbon, and satin sounds exactly like my dress with the sash I’m thinking about adding!

@mrsbordoni:  I’m still not sure. Most of the bees think I should but my mom and my sister don’t love it… I have to think about it some more

@mrsbordoni:  Everyone loved it. It was actually really eerie walking down the aisle cause I was so nervous and all I could hear was whispering all around me ‘ohh! So beautiful’. Creeped me out!!! LOL

@mrsbordoni:  aww thankyou 🙂 that pic isn’t the most flattering…it was one size too big yet i look bigger than I am the pic, in real life was fine tho.

yeah I love looking at simple gowns on others but for me I knew glamour was the way forwar. 🙂 do you have a pic of your gown?

@mrsbordoni:  I definitely have to consider the opinion of the bees when 133 people say they like it better with bling, no matter what my mother and sister (only 2 votes!) say hahaha
