I believe in a little of both. I really liked the quote in Angels & Demons when he said “Science and religion are two ways of telling the same story.”

Both. I believe some higher being created the Earth and evolution is part of it.

I’m doing a PhD in evolutionary developmental biology.

I 10000% know that evolution is how we are, who we are.  I don’t even entertain religious thoughts of creationism.

Evolution. To me, Genesis is a beautiful “story”. And every religion has it’s own creation story. However, evolution is a pretty solid science.

I’m a scientist. I believe in evolution. But I see so much beauty in nature and there are so many things about science that make me think it all does look divinely inspired. I believe in  G-d, I believe the bible is NOT to be taken literally (nor was it intended to be) and I am perfectly content believing in both G-d and evolution.

Both, I suppose. I don’t see religion as separate from science. I don’t believe that a Creator made things happen through magic. I don’t think things just popped up fully formed and out of nowhere. I believe that “religion” justifies science and science justifies “religion.” I am using the term “religion” VERY loosely. I don’t see how one can exist without the other. This belief has frustrated many a Sunday School teacher. 🙂

the two are not mutually exclusive so i guess a bit of both. by the way… “finding Darwin’s God” is an awesome read regarding this topic, regardless of which side of the debate you happen to fall on.
