Yes, and they sewed my train on backwards. After many response and trying to get them to fix what they have done, these are the emails they kept sending me.
“We are extremely sorry for your inconvenience, but we did send you the goods according to your order. It is normal that there is little difference between the real one and pictures online.”
I know that a woman’s wedding day is an important day, so y would they even sew a dress with the train backwards. They do not have a number where you can call them, they only respond through email.
This is the picture of the dress I ordered and it looks nothing like it. They claimed there will be some small differences. But come on. The train is on the front of the dress.
All I wanted was at least the train on correctly.
