I had bedbugs (worst expirience of my life) and I know that ain’t no bedbug. Bedbugs looks like little apple seeds from far away.

Almost invisible to the naked eye? That looks like a bedbug to me. They are super tiny. Here is one zoomed in on up close…

If it were me, I would be calling an exterminator asap.

Does it fly? It doesn’t look like a bed bug at all. It looks like a gnat, especially with the large eyes on the side of its head.

It doesn’t look like a bedbug to me… I’ve had them. Bed bugs are bigger- the size of seeds- and a darker brown/red color. The bug in your pic looks too small and light colored to be a bedbug.
