I used http://www.wufoo.com to get addresses from those guests that I had emails for.  Once they give you the info you can create a report and export to an excel file.  Then I just added names for those that didn’t respond or that I didn’t have email addresses for.  Very convient way to compile a guest list. 

Otherwise, you may want to use Google docs to create an excel template so that you and your Fiance can add to it from any computer.

If you send me a PM with your email address, I’ll be glad to shoot you mine. Mine has a little more in it because I intend on doing a mail merge into word so I don’t have to write out every address. Here’s a rundown of what I’ve got in mine: formal titles, nicknames, whose guest it is, their relation to us, address, whether or not I sent a STD, Invitation, RSVP, shower gift, thank you note, wedding gift, thank you note. I’m sure I’ll add more info later, but this way I can just hide the columns I won’t need when I print out the lists I need (like for shower and wedding gift thank you note lists).

My Fiance found ours by doing a google search for excel wedding guest list templates.  It was free and has a really great format that has been very handy.  It also came with spreadsheets for venue information and bridal party contact info.

I used the same one as angiepangie probably- and edited it to meet my needs
