I agree with the other gals. Stay hydrated, eat well, get more cardio in, and if all else fails: Spanx 🙂

Look up “clams” or “sideline series” on Youtube – its a mat pilates move that really targets the bum & saddlebags.  That, combined with water water water, no salt, and some general cardio will do the trick! (before i wedding I was doing the whole clam series about 4/5 times a day)

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to spot reduce fat.  Best thing is diet and interval training workouts.  I would start now, better to have more time!
