It’s unlikely,  but not impossible.  All you can do is keep testing.

Walmart.  $0.88/test.  Highly sensitive and some swear more reliable than the expensive tests.

If you have enough pregnancy hormones in your system to be giving you marked symptoms (like nausea which doesn’t usually hit until 5-6 weeks) then you should be able to get an accurate result on a home pregnancy test. I’d get a Dollar Store test now for peace of mind.

Totally normal. I have a 10 mos old and am Boyfriend or Best Friend. I don’t know how many times I have thought I was pregnant due to major symptoms. Thankfully all negative so far as we are not trying. That being said I am on mini pill.

I had nausea, sore boobs (on and off) and fatigued all the time in the beginining months after my son was born. You’re hormones are adjusting, there is lack of sleep with a newborn. I also felt nauseous when I was nursing my son.

You CAN get pregnant if you are exclusely breastfeeding, but it is less likely. I would re-test in a week and then make an appointment with your doc for a blood draw to confirm.
