(Closed) exercise

I had a c section.  i was up and moving around fairly easily pretty quickly.  But, I tried an extended walk at about 4 1/2 weeks and i was hurting for several days following that.  And not just “sore muscle” hurt, like “I’m tearing my insides” hurt.  At about 6 weeks I was able to go for 4+ miles walk and would add in shoert intervals of running.  I ran 20-25 miles per week pre pregnancy and it’s taking me some time to get my distances back up.  it really feels like I’m starting over and I did run well into my pregnancy.

I had a vaginal birth and i started working out 6 weeks after birth. I started walking and i would do some of the programs that came on exercise tv ( thats with Time Warner Cable). Now my son is 24 months and i am back in full stride with running and tennis. It helps that Fiance is really into working out so we do it together.
