I’ve been pretty diligent about working out everyday and working on my diet. I’m no where near perfect on either front, but I’ve been working pretty hard.
I’ve talked with my trainer because I’m not really seeing results. I’ve lost weight but for the amount of working out I’m doing I was hoping for a more singificant loss. Her advice was to work on my stress level & I know she is right. My job is incredibly stressful and while I always try to say that it will get better, I also know that I’ve been saying that since last May.
After all that rambling, I’m hoping someone will have some suggestions for exercises that reduce stress. I do go to the gym at lunch and do cardio to blow off some steam. I used to do yoga but when I hit the gym I feel like I want to sweat; makes me feel like I’m working harder. Has anything worked for any of you?? I really want to be less stressed! I can see it my face and I need to make some lifestyle changes for sure.
