@Katie918:  Not a problem! Working out is tough and so is sticking to it.. You can always try the Jillian Michaels work out DVD’s they’re decently priced and you can get a full body workout! You should try her 30 Day Shred. =)

Awesome suggestions from everyone. I want to recommend basic bicep curls, tricep pushdowns (using a cable station), and side and front delt raises. Also, if you’ve got a Bosu ball accessible, squat down with your back to the bosu ball, reach back with the palms of your heels and brace them on the outer edge of the ball, and then walk your way around the ball, keeping your weight on the heels of your palms (and also your actual heels, somewhat — keep your core tight, don’t let your bum sag too much).

This is a GREAT exercise that basically simulates dips without being quite as hard on your shoulders!
