I have large boobs, and while they are they are still firm now, I worry that they won’t always be as I get older. I also plan at some point to lose weight, and I’m concerned about the effects of weight loss on my chest.
I’m thinking about pushups, as those require no special equipment. I also have a few small hand weights, but don’t know whether those would be effective.

Dumbbell bench press. If you don’t want to gain muscle mass, use light weights and do several reps. So perhaps an 8lb dumbbells, do 3 sets of 15.
Also, do dumbbell flys. Basically the same as bench press except turn your hands in towards each other so that your thumbs are almost touchiing.

Never underestimate the power of a good push up! Chest Flies are also good! 🙂

These chest flies are killing me. I am so sore.
