I started taking it throughout my cycle.  I stopped after my BFP.  It may have helped bump up my O day by a few days, but I was starting accupuncture at the same time, so it could have been either that accounted for the earlier O day.  I started with 100 mg, but increase my dose to 200 mg.  I also got the uniquol version, it is supossed to be better, right before I got my BFP.  I’m going to be 8 weeks tomorrow and so far so good.

leahdany:  thanks!  I’ve read t takes a few months to build in your system, so I’ve just always taken it throughout my cycle, but I stopped as soon as I susspected I could be pregnant.

I took ubiquinol every day until my BFP. (I’d had a prior miscarriage that was likely due to a defective egg, so I was taking it to improve my egg quality.) I don’t know whether the ubiquinol helped, but my baby is pretty awesome so… at the very least, it didn’t hurt. 🙂

I did basically everything just like auggie, down to upping from 100mg to 200mg. Here’s hoping it helped for this BFP!
