Does anyone have advice to share? I was so excited that my custom veil arrived in the mail today, but the lace was totally different and less pretty than the one I ordered!
I have written them about this and am waiting to hear back-it’s frustrating since they don’t have a phone number. Has anyone else succesfully done a return with them on a custom veil? I’m not sure if I want to do an exchange since they already messed up once! Thanks!
