At 3 months most OS diapers will seem bulky.  I don’t have an experience with that brand, but depending on weight could maybe recommend some other options.  I’d stay open minded thought about adding in SOME sized options.  You will need more diapers while she is small due to output, anyway.  So, you coud have some more trim small diapers and some OSs.  When the smalls don’t fit anymore, you might still have enough OSs.

I really like Kissaluvs fitteds with thirsties covers.  I just bought more for the nighttime stash for my super soaker.  I see you mentioned you already have some Kissas.  Do you like them or are you looking for something else?

The only small sized fitted I used was thirsties old style fab fitted.  They wree definitely trim but not absorbent enough for my super soaker!  I’ve heard good things about this for younger babies.

In general, I’m a big fan of OS fitteds/AI2s/AIOs and sized pocket/sleeve diapers.  I like fuzzibunz perfect sized (not their OS) and Thirsties duo diapers, but I think applecheeks are probably my favorite.  Thirsties duo diapers are my mom’s fave and nice that they do come in velcro, though.  I like AC & Thir* since they are a 2 size system, so it is kind of a compromise between sized & OS…plus both of them don’t have to be unstuffed when dirty…the insert agitates out in the wash, score!

In general, if you find the microfiber inserts too bulky, you could try hemp inserts.
